With an array of more than 20,000 products, deliveries between 2 and 25 times a week to some 1,500 pharmacists all over the territory, Alpha Répartition has not usurped the title of principal distributor of pharmaceutical and para-pharmaceutical products in Wallonie.
Aiming for quality control and innovation, Alpha Répartition is constantly seeking to satisfy its clients through the use of technologies available today.
It is within this context that the company has called upon CEDITI to create and implement, with its teams, an Intranet and an e-business structure that is on the cutting edge of technology.
The objective, apart from developing a window for the company, was to develop a platform including 3 parts and encouraging communication between the pharmacists, laboratories and the company. Each of these sectors offers specific services to its clients. For example, pharmacists will find data pertaining to medications, new products, the unavailability of products, special offers, etc.
For laboratories they can daily monitor the progression of their sales and the success of their promotional campaigns by consulting the details of the products sold, the dates of the sales and the pertinent geographical information.
Moreover, a database of more than 6,000 pharmaceutical products is also put at the disposal of clients.
Finally, the section "Intranet" destined for company personnel provides all collaborators with all the information they need to be kept up to date as a member of Alpha Répartition.
If CEDITI is particularly proud of this accomplishment, it is because it has presented a truly complete process, from strategic analysis and the requirement analysis to the design and implementation of the site, all of which in close collaboration with the client’s computer team, with whom CEDITI still shares its know-how and experience on a daily basis.
This close collaboration was rewarded recently, since for the quality of its Intranet / Extranet, Alpha Répartition was awarded the W@robase de Cristal, handed out on June 19 by Minister Kubla upon the joint initiative of the Wallonie region and the Canal Z TV channel.
